The Subversifs, the first Quebec distillery, do things their own way; parsnips in gin, reduced (forgotten alcohol from Quebec's terroir), up-to-date mint cream, and traditional vodka. Their mission: to offer fine spirits, in small batches, with unexpected flavors and aromas, purely subversive. Their products are available in most SAQ outlets and can be tasted in various establishments in the region
